The Navy women's Kabaddi team won the championship in a Kabaddi tournament held at the Mahaweli ground, Thambuththegama on 24th February 2024. In the meantime, the men's Kabaddi team of the Navy also secured third place in the tournament.

The Navy Inter-Command Volleyball Championship – 2024, held from 18th to 22nd February, concluded with thrilling matches at SLNS Tissa. The Eastern Naval Command emerged as the champion in the men's category and in the women's category, the Western Naval Command displayed its dominance.

The Sri Lanka Navy became the overall champions in Nippon Women’s Rugby League 2023/24, 10-a-side tournament, held from 08th December 2023 to 18th February 2024.

Leading Seaman SMASM Subasinghe, a para athlete from the Sri Lanka Navy made headlines by clinching the gold medal in the 400m men’s event (T47 category) at the World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2024 on 16th February 2024. The para athletics championship was held from 08th to 15th February 2024 in Dubai.

In a dazzling exhibition of speed and prowess, Navy’s Able Seaman KVS Kumara clinched the top spot in the Meegoda Cycling Race – 2024, organized by the Cycle Federation of Sri Lanka on 03rd and 04th February 2024.

The men’s and women’s teams of the Sri Lanka Navy won the runner-up titles in Golden Cup Handball Tournament, organized by Best Friend Ever sports club. The tournament was held at the Kingsley T Wickramaratne Ground in Kaduwela from 31st January to 03rd February 2024.

In a dazzling exhibition of speed and prowess, Navy’s Ordinary Seaman KPMP Delgoda on 28th January 2024 clinched the top spot in the Nittambuwa Elite Racing Cycling Tournament.

Leading Seaman RDNS Karunarathna of the Sri Lanka Navy on 26th January 2024 won the 7th place in the Dhaka Marathon 2024, held in Bangladesh. He participated in the highly competitive event, representing the athletics team of Sri Lanka.

Woman Leading Seaman MSPM Perera of the Sri Lanka Navy on 21st January 2024 won the 5th place in the 19th Asian Marathon Championship, held in Hong Kong.

The Sri Lanka Navy men’s baseball team secured the runner-up position in the final match against the Sri Lanka Army during the Sri Lanka Baseball Knockout Tournament held at the Japan Sri Lanka Friendship Baseball Ground, Diyagama, from 06th to 21st January 2024.
