Navy provides diving assistance to fix sluice and emergency gates at tanks

The Navy provided diving assistance on 1st and 4th December 2024 to repair the sluice and emergency gates of the Namal Oya Tank in the Inginiyagala Divisional Secretariat, Ampara, and the sluice gate of the Borapola Tank in the Mahaoya Divisional Secretariat.

In response to a request from the Disaster Management Center of Ampara District, the Southeastern Naval Command's Diving Unit provided essential assistance.
