Navy General Hospital (Colombo) reopened for treatment
With the reservation of the Navy General Hospital for treatment of corona infected patients as a result of the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, treatment for ordinary patient were restricted. Since, the spreading of COVID-19 has now well controlled in Sri Lanka and Naval General Hospital premises is out of risk, the normal routine treatment of the hospital has been scheduled to be commenced from 10th July 2020. Accordingly, treatment for out patients, specialist clinics, Dental treatments and Dental clinics are to be re started following new approaches of treatment.
Excepts the emergency treatment of naval personnel in the active service and their family members, retired naval personnel and their spouses and naval civil personnel, those who wish to have treatment should reserve a date and time by calling to the following telephone numbers between 0800 to 1600 hrs on or before the previous day of the day required the treatment.

Further, when registration of naval personnel in the active service for out patient treatment (OPD) and specialist clinics, the same procedure followed previously is to be continued and since this is followed to minimize the unnecessary gathering in view of protecting from the COVID-19 pandemic, it should strictly be complied not to attend for treatment without reservation of time.
