Navy Sports Club beat Air Force Sports Club 40–20 in their second round Dialog Inter-club league rugby match, which was worked off at the Welisara Navy Ground in Colombo on 07th February 2015.

The Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy Vice Admiral Jayantha Perera visited the Indian Coast Guard Ship “Vaibhav” at the Port of Colombo on 01st February 2015.

Indian Coast Guard ship, “Vaibhav” arrived at the Port of Trincomalee on 28th January 2015 and it was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in accordance with naval traditions on arrival.

A 04-member delegation headed by the Director Engineering of the Royal Oman Navy Captain Aqeed Rukn Bahry Mubarak Bin Said Bin Mubarak Al Atiqi paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Jayantha Perera at the Naval Headquarters in Colombo on 29th January 2015.
