The prize awarding ceremony of the Regular Naval Benevolent Fund (RNBF) and the Volunteer Naval Benevolent Fund (VNBF) Raffle Draw, Thilina Malla was held at the SLNS Parakrama Lighthouse Galley on 07th January 2016 under the patronage of the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne.
