Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne called on Commander US Pacific Fleet Admiral Scott H. Swift, and Commander U.S. Marine Corps and Pacific Commanding General Fleet Marine Force, Lieutenant General John A. Toolan on two separate occasions during the recently concluded Pacific Command Amphibious Leaders Symposium (PALS) 2016 in Southern California.
