Deputy Minister of Defence inquires well-being of differently-abled veterans at Ranaviru Sevana

In commemoration of the 16th National War Heroes’ Day, the Deputy Minister of Defence Major General Aruna Jayasekara (Retd), accompanied by Service Commanders, embarked on a visit to the Ranaviru Sevana in Ragama on 19 May 25.

During the visit, the Deputy Minister and Service Chiefs met with dependent veterans in rehabilitation, heard their concerns, and reviewed medical and support services. They praised veterans’ courage and pledged continued assistance to improve their lives.
