Commander of the Navy calls on the Hon. President

The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda made his first official call on the President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Honourable Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat on 06 Feb 25.

During this courtesy call, which has been a traditional military practice, the Honourable President conveyed his best wishes to Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda on his new appointment as the Commander of the Navy.

The Commander of the Navy presented a memento to the Honourable President, to mark the importance of this occasion.
