Rear Admiral Ravindra Tissera assumes duties as Director General Personnel

Rear Admiral Ravindra Tissera assumed duties as Director General Personnel of the Sri Lanka Navy at the Navy Headquarters today (15th April 2024).

Before assuming duties of the new appointment, he was discharging duties as Deputy Area Commander Northern Naval Area.

Meanwhile, Rear Admiral Damian Fernando who previously held the appointment of Director General Personnel, handed over duties and responsibilities of the appointment to Rear Admiral Ravindra Tissera at the office of Director General Personnel.
