Sri Lanka Navy Directorate of Naval Design receives IESL recognition

Sri Lanka Navy Directorate of Naval Design (DND) received recognition from the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL) to train Graduate Engineers for Corporate Membership of IESL (Chartered Engineer) in the Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture disciplines. The Deputy Chief of Staff and Director General Engineering, Rear Admiral Ravi Ranasinghe presented the certification received in this regard to the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera today (08th April 2024).

During the event, the Navy Commander commended the Directorate of Naval Design for their remarkable achievement, praising their efforts. Director Naval Design, Commodore Hasantha Dassanaike and officers from DND were present on the occasion.
