Veteran chef Pabilis Silva imparts culinary wisdom to Sri Lanka Navy chefs
Renowned culinary expert Deshabandu Dr. Pabilis Silva shared his culinary expertise with chefs from the Sri Lanka Navy, during a workshop held at the Navy Headquarters on 26th February 2024.
The workshop focused on enhancing the chefs' cooking techniques and culinary creativity using locally sourced ingredients and flavors. The Navy chefs were eager to learn from the veteran chef, asking him a wide range of questions about cooking methods, flavor combinations.
Dr. Chandana Jayawardena from the International Hotel School of Mount Lavinia Hotel also provided valuable inspiration to Navy chefs through his insightful ideas.
