Precursor to the upcoming poppy flower campaign launched to commemorate fallen war heroes, the President of Ex-Servicemen’s Association, Major General Upul Perera (Retd) pinned a poppy flower on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera at the Navy Headquarters today (25th October 2023).
