46th edition of ‘Sayurusara’ magazine launched

The 46th edition of ‘Sayurusara’ magazine published by the Directorate of Naval Media was presented to the Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera by the Chief Editor of the magazine, Lieutenant Commander (VNF) SR Sudusinghe at the Navy Headquarters today (08th March 2023).

The Navy Media Directorate launches the magazine biannually with the aim of cultivating the reading and writing habits among naval personnel and to create a platform for the creative talents in the organization to explore their potentials. It also includes a wide range of articles written on Naval Social Responsibility initiatives and important events of the Sri Lanka Navy.

The latest edition of ‘Sayurusara’ comprises thought-provoking articles, a wide collection of texts, poems, paintings and photographs produced by naval personnel and their family members especially for the magazine.
