NSVU President plants sapling of sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi at ‘Meheni Aramaya’ in Deraniyagala

The President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), Mrs. Arundathi Udithamala Jayaneththi planted a sapling of sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi at the ‘Meheni Aramaya’ being built at Rassakanda in Deraniyagala, on 02^nd July 2020.

In parallel with this meritorious event, the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit also made arrangements to obtain the electricity for the ‘Meheni Aramaya’, as it has been a long-felt need. The occasion was also attended by senior and junior members of the NSVU and staff members of the NSVU.
