Seventeen (17) naval personnel tested negative to COVID-19 discharged from hospitals-Recovered number goes up 443

Another seventeen (17) naval personnel infected with coronavirus and underwent treatment in hospitals, were discharged from the hospitals being tested negative to COVID-19, on 04^th June 2020.

These naval personnel who were identified positive to coronavirus, had been admitted to Homagama, IDH, Welikanda and Minuwangoda hospitals for treatment. Since, these sailors found negative to COVID-19 on the reports of random PCR tests done under treatment, they were discharged from the hospitals on 04^th June 2020.

As of now, including these 17 naval personnel, 443 naval personnel out of the total number of infected ones, have been discharged from hospitals after tested negative to COVID-19. Further, these discharged naval personnel were directed to keep under quarantine for another 14 days following the healthcare instructions.
