Nine (09) naval personnel tested negative to COVID-19 discharged from hospitals-Recovered number goes up 424

Another nine (09) naval personnel infected with coronavirus and underwent treatment in hospitals, were discharged from the hospitals being tested negative to COVID-19, on 02^nd June 2020.

These naval personnel who were identified positive to coronavirus, were admitted to hospitals for treatments. Out of these nine, 05 persons from Minuwangoda hospital and 04 persons from IDH hospital, were under treatment. Since, these sailors found negative to COVID-19 on the reports of random PCR tests done under treatment, they were discharged on 02^nd June 2020.

As of now, including these 09 naval personnel, 424 naval personnel out of the total number of infected ones, have been discharged from hospitals after tested negative to COVID-19. Further, these discharged naval personnel were directed to keep under quarantine for another 14 days following the healthcare instructions.
