Another group leaves quarantine centre at Boosa Naval Base after completion of quarantine period

Another group who had completed quarantine period in the quarantine centre established by Navy at Boosa Naval Base, left the center after successful completion of their quarantine process, today (06th April 2020).

Accordingly, a group of eleven (11) persons who completed their quarantine period successfully in this centre, were sent off from the centre, today (6th April 2020). The quarantine certificate which is issued to confirm that they have completed the quarantine period, was given away by the Commanding Officer of SLNS Nipuna. Further, on this occasion, some souvenirs created for appreciation of the Navy’s commitment by persons who completed quarantine period, were presented to the naval officers.

Already, 22 persons who were successfully quarantined, left the centre and other 57 Srilankan personnel are undergoing quarantine period in this centre. Further, by now, SL Navy has established several quarantine centres assisting the government’s effort continuously to drive out the fatal virus.
