Navy conducts sterilization programme at Court Complex-Galle
As a measure of controlling the spreading of new coronavirus in the country, Sri Lanka Navy conducted a sterilization programme at Court Complex premises in Galle, today (29th March 2020).
As another extension of sterilization programmes conducted by Navy under the directives of Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Siva, Galle Court Complex was sterilized by Navy under the guidance of Commander Southern Naval Area Rear Admiral Kassapa Paul, today. During this sterilization programme carried out by the Navy’s Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Unit, High Court premises, District Court premises and Magistrate Court premises in Galle Court Complex were disinfected following the standard operational procedure.
Further, Navy is prepared to conduct such sterilization programmes in order to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus in the effort of making a safe environment for people.
