Person at risk of drowning off Calido beach rescued by Navy

The Navy managed to rescue a persons who was at risk of drowning at sea off Calido beach on 09^th March 2020.

Having noticed the man at risk of drowning in watery grave, naval personnel on lifesaving duty at the beach had promptly rescued him. After bringing the persons ashore he was also administered first aid.

The rescued person has been identified as a resident of Kalutara South.
