Captain Rohan Joseph assumes command as Commanding Officer of SLNS Sagara

Captain Rohan Joseph assumed duties as Commanding Officer of SLNS Sagara, one of the Offshore Patrol Vessels belonging to the Sri Lanka Navy on 24^th February 2020.

Accordingly, the former Commanding Officer of the ship, Captain Thushara Udugama formally handed over the duties of the position to its new commanding officer at the Naval Dockyard in Trincomalee. The occasion was also attended by Flag Officer Commanding Naval Fleet, Rear Admiral Upul De Silva. The proceedings of the event came to a close after an inspection of divisions by the new Commanding Officer.
