Sri Lanka Navy – Sri Lanka Air Force – Indian Navy combine to conduct observer training

A Dornier Aircraft of the Indian Navy conducted an Air Observer Training Exercise, with the participation of officers of the Sri Lanka Navy and Air Force.

This training exercise was held from 17^th to 20^th February 2020 at Weerawila Air Force Base, with the intention of honing the air observer capacities. The exercises was attended by 06 specially trained Sri Lanka Navy officers, 05 officers from the Sri Lanka Air Force and 05 officers from the Indian Navy.

On the other hand, the exercise also paved the way to improve mutual ties between India and Sri Lanka.
