Commander of the Navy calls on new SLPA Chairman

Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva called on the new Chairman of Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA), General Daya Rathnayake (Retd.) at his office today (06^th January 2020).

This was the first official meeting of Commander of the Navy, after the new SLPA Chairman assuming duties in the new position. The Navy Commander conveyed his best wishes to the newly appointed SLPA Chairman and they had a cordial discussion thereafter. Mementoes were also exchanged to mark the importance of this occasion.
