'Thilina Malla’ winners awarded lucrative prizes

The ceremony to award prizes of the Regular Naval Benevolent Fund (RNBF) and the Volunteer Naval Benevolent Fund (VNBF) Raffle Draw, ‘Thilina Malla’ was held at the Admiral Somathilake Dissanayaka auditorium in SLNS Parakrama today (6^th January 2020) under the patronage of the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva.

During the event, 5 cash prizes worth 5 lakhs each, 3 cash prizes worth 02 lakhs each, 6 cash prizes worth 01 lakh, 28 cash prizes worth Rs. 50000, 49 cash prizes worth Rs. 30000, 119 cash prizes worth Rs. 20000, 20 cash prizes worth Rs. 10000 were awarded to the RNBF & VNBF raffle draw winners.

Naval personnel who maintain accounts in the RNBF and VNBF were eligible for the raffle draw which offered a wide range of exciting prizes for the winners. The Chief of Staff of the Navy, Director Generals, senior naval officers, the winners were also present on the occasion.
