Navy makes sure the protection of coastal belt

Yet another segment of the series of beach cleaning programmes of the Sri Lanka Navy was conducted at the Mandativu lagoon area in Jaffna today (03^rd January 2020).

Apart from the naval personnel, this beach cleaning drive was also joined by officials attached to the Divisional Secretariat of Velani. As a result of their coordinated effort, the beach area polluted due to a number of reasons was well cleaned and made beautiful again.
