Rear Admiral Noel Kalubowila assumes office as Commandant Volunteer Naval Force

Rear Admiral Noel Kalubowila assumed office as the Commandant Volunteer Naval Force (VNF) on 19^th December 2019.

The new Commandant VNF was accorded a Guard of Honour and was warmly received to the Volunteer Naval Force Headquarters where his predecessor Rear Admiral Sumith Weerasinghe officially handed over the duties of the appointment to the incoming Commandant.

Commanding Officer VNF and SLNS Lanka, Commodore Toni Perera and Senior officers were also present on this occasion.
