Anti personnel mine abandoned at Humanitarian Operation recovered

An Anti personnel mine was recovered by the Navy during a foot patrol carried out at Kalkuda in Valachchenai area on (18^th December 2019). It has been kept on safety hand of the Navy.

This recovered mine is believed to be abandoned by the LTTE during the Humanitarian Operation.
