New facility for dental surgery declared open at Northwestern Naval Command

A new facility needed for dental surgeries done at the Northwestern Naval Command was declared open at SLNS Thambapanni on 10 ^th December 2019. The event was presided over by Commander Northwestern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Ruwan Perera.

The new facility was constructed with the intention of improving the oral health of naval personnel and their family members. The occasion was also attended by Director Naval Dental Services, Commodore Nayana Wijedoru, officers and sailors attached to the Northwestern Naval Command.
