Hindu religious programme held to invoke blessings on 69th Navy Day

A Hindu religious programme to invoke blessings on the Sri Lanka Navy’s 69th anniversary which falls on 09^th December, was held at the Shri Ponnambalawaneswaram Kovil in Colombo on 06th December.

During the religious event, blessings were showered upon the Navy and all naval personnel. Director General Engineering, Rear Admiral Ravindra Ranasinghe, Director General Services, Rear Admiral Senarath Wijesooriya, Deputy Area Commander Western Naval Area, Commodore Bandula Senarathna, a group of senior officers and sailors were also present on this occasion.
