A Russian delegation calls on the Commander of the Navy

A Russian delegation on official visit to Sri Lanka called on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva at the Naval Headquarters today (30^thNovember 2019).

Rear Admiral Dr. Alexander V. Karpov, the head of visiting delegation and accompanied officials were warmly received by the Navy Commander upon their arrival and they held a cordial discussion on several matters of bilateral importance including the training between two navies. Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva also presented a memento to Rear Admiral Dr. Alexander V. Karpov to signify the importance of this occasion.
