Commander of the Navy calls on the Secretary Defence

The Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva called on the Secretary Defence Major General (Retd) Kamal Gunaratne at the Ministry of Defence on 21^st November 2019.

During this meeting, Commander of the Navy congratulated the Secretary Defence on his new appointment and they held a cordial discussion on the official matters. Mementos were also exchanged signifying the event.
