Navy recovers the corpse of a drowned person at sea

Navy recovered a corpse of a youth who had caught in the waves and gone missing at the seas off Pehimbiya in Dickwella, on 8^th November 2019.

In response to the information given by the Dickwella Police about a person who had gone missing at the seas off Pehimbiya. SL Navy promptly sent a team of divers attached to the Southern Naval command and Navy divers recovered the corpse after a strenuous task.

The corpse was handed over to Dickwella Police for further investigation.
