Rear Admiral Kapila Samaraweera assumes duties as Deputy Chief of Staff

Rear Admiral Kapila Samaraweera assumed duties as the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy at the Naval Headquarters today (08^th November).

Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva handed over the official document which stipulates the duties of the position, to Rear Admiral Samaraweera who is also the incumbent Commander of Northern Naval Area.
