Stock of water gel sticks found during naval operation
The Navy, during a search conducted in Erakkandi on 03rd November 2019, found some explosive items used for illegal fishing.
Accordingly, the Eastern Naval Command during a search carried out in the beach area of Erakkandi found these explosive items that have been left behind. Among the recovered items were; 04 non electric detonators, 10 water gel sticks and 04 pieces of safety fuse (21 inches in length). The items are kept in the safe custody of the Navy.
