Forum for Condition Based Monitoring Engineering held at SLNS Parakrama

A forum for Condition Based Monitoring Engineering (CBME) held at the Admiral Somathilake Dissanayake Auditorium of SLNS Parakrama on 25^th October 2019. Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva graced this occasion as the Guest of Honour.

Accordingly, the Sri Lanka Navy partnered with other institutions namely SLIIT, University of Moratuwa and Camso Loadstar to inaugurate this proceedings to lay a sound platform for CBM Engineers of Sri Lanka to work on with a synergetic approach with regard to CBM related engineering work plan or case study. The official website of the forum was also launched on this occasion by Commander of the Navy.

Prof. TM Pallewatta, President of Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka, Prof.S. Pathirana of University of Peradeniya, intellectuals from universities and institutions and senior naval officers were present on this occasion. Mementoes were also presented to mark the importance of this occasion.
