Navy renders assistance to conduct Katina Puja ceremony of Sangamiththa Viharaya, Dambakolapatuna

The annual Katina Puja ceremony of Sangamiththa Viharaya at Dambakolapatuna in Jaffna was held with the assistance provided by the Navy on 13^th and 14^th October 2019.

The Pinkama ceremony was organized by the Northern Naval Command under wise counsel of the Chief incumbent, Most Venerable Nawadagala Padumakiththi Tissa Nayaka Thero. Commander Northern Naval Area and naval personnel attached to the command exhibited excellent organizing skills in arranging the event successfully.

This meritorious deed was also attended by Heads of Departments and a large number of naval personnel attached to the command.
