SLNS Shilpa proudly celebrates her 12^th anniversary

SLNS Shilpa in Western Naval Command proudly celebrated her 12^th anniversary, on 27^th September 2019.

In view of the anniversary which fell on 27^th September, several activities including religious events and social responsibility programmes had been organized on a grand note by the crew under the patronage of the Commanding Officer, Commander Asoka Weerasekara. The Commanding Officer made the inspection of divisions in accordance with naval traditions and addressed the crew.

The anniversary celebrations concluded with the participation of all officers, sailors and civil servants in the traditional dinner known as Barakana.
