SLNS ‘Thakshila’ proudly celebrates its 12th anniversary

SLNS ‘Thakshila’ in the Western Naval Command proudly celebrated its 12^th anniversary on 28^th September 2019.

The anniversary celebrations had been organized on a grand note by the ship’s complement under the guidance of its Commanding Officer, Captain (N) Priyal Withanage.

Accordingly, the Commanding Officer made inspection of divisions in accordance with naval traditions this morning and addressed the crew.

With the participation of all officers and sailors the customary meal partaking of ‘Barakana’ was held and the anniversary celebrations concluded.
