Naval personnel receive cheques for semi-completed houses under 'Meth Sevana' and 'Api Wenuwen Api' housing projects

One hundred and seventy (170) naval personnel today (19^th September) received cheques for semi-completed houses under 'Meth Sevana' and 'Api Wenuwen Api' housing projects initiated by the Ministry of Defence.

Accordingly, 105 naval personnel received cheques for semi-completed houses, under the 3^rd installment of the 8^th stage of the 'Api Wenuwen Api' housing project. Meanwhile, 61 naval personnel received cheques for semi-completed houses under the 'Api Wenuwen Api' (special) housing project. Further, 04 naval personnel received grants for semi-completed houses under the 3^rd installment of the 'Meth Sevana' housing project.

The occasion was attended by Director Naval Welfare, Commodore Senarath Wijesuriya and a group of officers from the Navy Welfare Unit.
