Commander Chandana Pawuluge assumes duties as Commanding Officer of SLNS ‘Abeetha II’

Commander Chandana Pawuluge assumed duties as the new Commanding Officer of the Fast Gun Boat SLNS ‘Abeetha II’, today (05^th August).

Accordingly, the former Commanding Officer of the ship, Commander Shanaka Jayathilake officially handed over the duties to the new Commanding Officer aboard the ship at SLNS Rangalla. Deputy Area Commander (West) Commodore Rohitha Perera was also present on the occasion. The proceedings of the occasion came to a close after the inspection of divisions by new Commanding Officer.
