Officers of OLRT visit Trincomalee to discuss matters on ‘Exercise Spear’

Officers from the Operational Liaison and Reconnaissance Team (OLRT) of the United Kingdom Joint Forces Headquarters, headed by Lieutenant Colonel Richard James Maltby met Commander Eastern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Merril Wickramasinghe on 17^th July 2019.

During the meeting, they exchanged views related to the forthcoming ‘Exercise Spear’ which is scheduled to be held in October this year. The occasion was also attended by a group of senior officers attached to the Eastern Naval Command and officials of the British High Commission in Sri Lanka.
