Navy apprehends a person with 538g of Kerala cannabis
During a raid conducted in Dewata area, Galle on 17th June, naval personnel apprehended a person with 538g of Kerala cannabis.
Accordingly, a group of naval personnel attached to the Southern Naval Command in coordination with STF personnel – Rathgama arrested this suspect for possessing Kerala cannabis. The apprehended person has been identified as a resident of Galle, aged 23.
The suspect along with cannabis was handed over to Galle Police for onward investigation.
