US delegation meets Commander Eastern Naval Area

A delegation of US officials met with Commander Eastern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Merril Wickramasinghe at the Eastern Naval Command Headquarters on 04^th June.

Accordingly, a group of officials from the US Department of State and US Embassy in Sri Lanka, headed by Mr. Clarke Cooper, Assistant Secretary US Department of State met the Area Commander and held a cordial discussion on matters of mutual interests.

Rear Admiral Merril Wickramasinghe also presented a memento to Mr. Clarke Cooper to signify the importance of this occasion.
