Naval personnel inquire into the well-being of children at Sri Chandrasekara Special School

In view of the Vesak Full Moon Poya Day that falls on 18^th of this month, naval personnel visited the Sri Chandrasekara Special School, Moratuwa yesterday (12^th May).

Accordingly, a group of naval personnel attached to SLNS Parakrama, upon the directives of its Commanding Officer, Captain Mahesh De Silva, visited this special school and inquired into the well-being of residing children. Further, the naval personnel involved in a Shramadana Campaign to clean the school premises and also served a delicious luncheon to the children.

The staff members of the school expressed their gratitude to the Commanding Officer, the entire crew and the Navy for organizing this meritorious deed on a high note.
