Two (02) persons apprehended with 180g of Kerala cannabis

During a search conducted in Muthur general area yesterday (09^th May), naval personnel apprehended 02 persons with 180g of Kerala cannabis.

Accordingly, a group of naval personnel attached to the Eastern Naval Command combined with Muthur Police arrested these two suspects for possessing Kerala cannabis. The apprehended persons have been identified as residents of Muthur, aged 21 and 26. A motorcycle belonging to the suspects was also taken into naval custody.

The 02 suspects along with the motorcycle and cannabis were handed over to Muthur Police for onward investigation.
