Commander of the Navy calls on Defence Secretary

The Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva called on the new Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, Major General (Retd) SHS Kottegoda, at the Ministry of Defence today (3^rd May 2019).

During the cordial interaction, Commander of the Navy extended his best wishes to Major General (Retd) SHS Kottegoda who assumed duties as new Defence Secretary. The cordial discussions focused on official matters of importance culminated with an exchange of mementoes.
