Navy recovers explosive items used for illegal fishing

A troop of Naval personnel recovered a haul of explosive hidden in the sea area off Gandhi Nagar, today (10^th April).

Accordingly, Naval personnel attached to the Eastern Naval Command recovered this haul of explosive which was hidden inside a granite plate, during a raid carried out in that area. 12 sticks of gelignite (1.7 kg), 08 nos of non electric detonators, 3 feet long safety fuse were recovered and these items were handed over to Kuchchaweli police for further investigation.
