Indian Defence Secretary pays floral tributes at IPKF memorial

The Indian Defence Secretary, Mr. Sanjay Mitra who is on an official visit to Sri Lanka, paid floral tributes at the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) memorial at Battaramulla, this morning (9^th April).

The Indian Chief of Integrated Defence Staff Lieutenant General Podali Shankar Rajeshwar who is on an official tour in Sri Lanka, Deputy Chief of Staff and Commander Western Naval Area of the Sri Lanka Navy Rear Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenna, Commandant Sri Lanka Volunteer Naval Force Rear Admiral Sujeewa Perera, a team of officials from Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka and senior naval officers of both countries were also present on this occasion.
