Illegal fishing nets casted in Ullackalie lagoon taken into naval custody

Nine (09) illegal fishing nets (150 feet each) casted in the Ullackalie lagoon area, were taken into naval custody by a team of Naval personnel attached to the Eastern Naval Command, yesterday (07^th April).

The seized fishing nets were handed over to the Fisheries Inspector in Verugal for onward legal action.
