Commanding Officer of HMS Montrose calls on Commander of the Navy
The Commanding Officer of HMS Montrose which arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday (02nd April) on a friendly tour, Commander Conor O’neill, called on the Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva at the Naval Headquarters, today (3rd April).
During the cordial discussion, they shared thoughts on matters of bilateral interest and mutual importance as well and it culminated with exchange of mementos symbolizing the goodwill of both countries. The Defence Attaché to the British High Commission in Sri Lanka Colonel David Ashman also attend this occasion.
