Chinese Defence Attaché calls on Commander of the Navy
 

The Military, Naval and Air Attaché of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Sri Lanka, Senior Colonel Xu Jianwei paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva at the Naval Headquarters yesterday (04^th January).

Colonel Jianwei extended his best wishes to the Navy Commander on his new appointment and their discussions focused on wide-ranging issues which are of bilateral importance. Mementoes were also exchanged to mark the occasion.
